25.6 Library bug

So, 25.5.1 fixed the library issue, but with 25.6 we are right back to where we were so I am posting

again in hope of someone having a solution:

With the new update something has happened with the library.

Before this update, PS would open the last library used and would do so every time, but now it opens the overview of all libraries and you have to chose the one you want. No big thing, but would love to be able to have one library be the main one (as it has been like since it came).

Main issue is this:
All graphics added before this update works like they should, but things made after the new update works for about 5-10 minutes before we no longer can Place items from library.

If we right click the graphics wanted and "place layers" nothing happens and there is a creative cloud logo instead of graphic "logo" like before. I've attacthed screenshots of how it looks like in both creative cloud desktop app and in photoshop libraries. As you can see Test 2 is the newly added and works like it should, whilst the Test 1 has gone bad and no longer works.
