Since around March this plugin no longer seems to be compatible/work with Word/PP. Despite several workaround attempts the library itmes just do not import. There have been countless forums with Adobe but it seems they have yet to provide a solution. Come on Adobe sort this out please it's crippling to our workflow.

Hey Anna,

I am so sorry you are encountering this as well. We are aware of this issue. The workaround some have found in the interim is to export the graphic to your desktop, then re-adding it directly to either the libraries panel in one of our applications or dragging and dropping it into CCD. I know this is not ideal, but while we look into the root cause of the issue, this may help to unblock you in the short term. Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @Juan P. ,

I'll jump in if @defaultuy1mbcv91l9g is unavailable. I have also been experiencing issues using the CC plugin for PowerPoint. My issues involve assets importing pixelated, where previously they retained their original resolution quality. The pixelation involves all assets; AI, ID and PS created.

I am running version 4.6.79 of the add-in (image below) and running Windows 11 Enterprise. I appreciate any information you can provide about an update to this add-in.

Hi @defaultuy1mbcv91l9g ,

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

  1. What version of the Libraries plugin are you using?
  2. Are you on Mac or Windows?
