Can't change language on CC website

My Windows 7 computer is set to use English. The CC website, however, defaults to Swedish. I change this to English with the cog wheel icon at the bottom left corner. The page reloads, but it is still in Swedish.

    There are likely 1 of 2 problems happening for you. Either (a) your browser is translating the page for you (you will need to play with your browser configuration settings to fix this), or (b) it is related to a known bug we have. For this second problem, check your browser url before you choose the language to select, and make sure to remove any ?locale=* value and then load the page without it. Then click the cog and change the language and it should work properly. This is a known bug, and we will be shipping a fix soon!
