Can't Use New Assets Web Site on Mobile

The following issues occur in the new Assets Web site on mobile (Android 7.1.1, using Chrome 62.0.3202.84 or Edge 1.0.0.1267)
• Cannot see page header until rotating device, and then only halfway
• Cannot scroll page, it instead opens file

    This should be fixed with out latest deploy.
