Cannot add new items to Adobe Library Panel - Cannot edit existing items - Cannot pick a colour from

- Cannot add new items
- Cannot edit existing items (if I double click on Illustrator nothing happens, if I double click in other softwares: Illustrator pops up, but nothing happens)
- Cannot pick (or edit) a colour from Library (I can do both only in Photoshop)
- I can only drag and drop existing items from Library to Artboard
- I can only edit the items' names from the Library Panel

I have uninstalled CC Library and re-installed it multiple times following this steps:

And even tried to re-install the whole CC...

But it only fix the issue (sometimes just partially) for a just few hours.

I work on MacOS Monterey - Version 12.5.1 (21G83)

Adobe Creative Cloud - Version 5.8.0.592

Adobe Indesign 17.4

Adobe Photoshop 23.5.1
