Cannot delete a specific file

I cannot delete a specific file.

Here are the details:

- The issue arises with a file that has been synchronized with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- The file in question does not appear when synchronizing via software like Mac.
- The synchronization status of the Adobe Creative Cloud software is always displayed as an error.
- The error message says, 'Some files could not be synchronized.'

Strangely enough, it is possible to update the file.
It's a PDF file that can't be deleted, but it can be overwritten with a completely different PDF file.

When I try to delete it, an error occurs.
When I try to change the name, an error occurs.
Therefore, I suspect that the filename is the cause.
