I wrote description of about 1200 characters. Cannot save. Why not? Special characters?

    More details:
    I was able to type a topic, select an area 01-09 and type text. However, when I clicked "Post", nothing happened. No error message, just nothing happened. I tried reloading the page and re-posting; no change.
    Update: I cleared all cookies. Was able to post my feedbacks (had to sign in again).
