Cant share CC library

This has been happening to me as well, as a freelancer, being able to create a library and share it to the client for handoff is ESSENTIAL.

Shared libraries are one of the big things Adobe has going for it, but when I try to share a library: 

- The email the other party gets to join leads to a 404 link

- They have to find the library and join through *notifications*, then log out and log back in several times before the library even appears

- The libraries rarely sync and often revert to previous versions of assets

This needs to be fixed, it's such a glaring issue with Adobe and I honestly can't believe the issues have been allowed to persist for this long.

Thank you so much for raising this to our attention. Can you describe more around the issue that you are encountering? Which app are you using to share the libraries from? Is the screenshot that you are sharing above from the recipient or what you see when you access the library as the owner?
