CC Libraries are freezing in InDesign 20.4.1

Now the CC Libraries are freezing in the latest InDesign. This has been happening with llustrator for the past month and now it's happening in InDesign too. The CC Libraries pane is completely frozen. I cannot scroll through or get to another folder.
