CC Libraries Gone - Set to default library

When I logged into my creative cloud apps yesterday, all of my custom libraries were gone and replaced with a EMPTY default folder (LIBS_DEFAULT_LIBRARY_NAME). This also happened to my coworker who works in the same office. All of our saved libraries are gone. 

We have restarted our computers. We have restarted the CC app. We have even done the most recent updates. Still GONE.
