CC Libraries in Photoshop unclickable and distorted when resizing panel

However, from the little I can see from the gif you shared I noted your Libraries view is undocked. Could you try dragging or somehow docking it to the Panel on the right? If that doesn't work, could you try restarting your computer? In turn, if that doesn't work, could you uninstall and reinstall Photoshop? If you reach this last part, make sure to save any work progress or files you need to your machine before uninstalling.

Also, I just tried inspecting in detail the gif you posted, but couldn't. Are you using LICEcap?

Hi, the Libraries Panel still doesn't work even when not resizing it and also when I quit and reopen Photoshop. Attached is a gif that shows the steps taken when the issue presented, the logs have also been sent. Thank you for the help!

3. Could you share some detailed reproduction steps?
4. If you quit Photoshop and restart it, does the issue persist?
