cc libraries never loads

I wanted to share ongoing issues I’ve been experiencing with Creative Cloud Libraries. For several years now, the Libraries panel has been extremely unreliable. About 80% of the time when I open a document, the Libraries either freeze, fail to load, or show nothing at all. This happens across different apps and on multiple machines.

Libraries are a core part of my workflow, and it’s been frustrating to rely on a feature that consistently doesn’t work. I’d really appreciate it if Adobe could investigate this and prioritize a long-term fix. The functionality has tremendous potential, but right now it’s very difficult to use.
