CC library crash

My CC Library keeps crashing at unexpected times, where the library appears as an image and can't be selected. It freezes almost - thats the only way I can think to descirbe it, and it get it active agai,n I have to quit indesign and reload the app.

    We are sorry that you are having issues with libraries. Can you collect the following so an engineer can hopefully get to the bottom of it?

     

    app and version?

    has it been updated?

    creative cloud version?

    what OS?

    Could you use Adobe's log collector tool and collect the logs off of your system? Best time to do this would be right after a crash.
