CC Library not showing thumbnail in any adobe app

Any new asset that I want to add to the library doesn't have a preview thumbnail and only shows the adobe logo. After searching the forum I followed the steps from this post:https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/cc-library-preview-not-showing-in-cc-desktop-app-or-the-cc-library-panel-in-other-adobe-apps/m-p/12973579 but sadly it only made worse the problem. 
Now more than half of my old assets don't have a thumbnail.
Does anyone have a solution?

All my apps are up to date.
