CC says my storage is full but i can't see anything there

Me Too. It says my storage is FULL but there is nothing in the folder.

No metter where. Web panel:
- Some files that count for 25 mb and can't be deleted.
- Nothing more to delete
Synchronised directory:
- Empty.

Creative Cluod reports 2.7GB/2GB (free membership) and says it cannot upload new files when I'm trying to put some in dir for that purpose.

Same thing. Windows 10 (newest update).

I'm having this problem. Mine says I've used 211/200Gb but i habe never attempted to put anything in there unless it happened automatically without my knowledge. Every way i can think of to try view the files in there shows me i have nothing in there. Thing is i dont want anything in there unless i specify i want it in there. And what the heck is in there if I've exceeded my limit?

I'm having this same problem. I get this message "Your cloud storage is almost full Upgrade to keep things running smoothly Upgrade". it's very annoying.

The CC app on my MacBook tells me storage is full, but I can't find any files/photos in my cloud storage.

I have the photo plan (photoshop and lightroom) with 20GB included cloud storage. I have nothing stored in the cloud and yet both the desktop app and lightroom CC report my cloud storage is almost full (17.3 GB of 20GB of available storage used). Of course there is a prompt to purchase more storage.

I cancelled my cc full plan when Adobe Muse was slated for EOL but retained the free plan with 2GB of storage. There is nothing in the storage in the folder on my desktop or online in the files or archived files and yet the cc app will not sync because as it says in the app my cc is out of storage.

I'm having this same problem... It says that I've used 20/21 GB, but I have not uploaded anything yet.
