Clicking Adobe Asset link makes PC screens whiteout

Hi, I have been using the 'create link' function on InDesign to share the work I'm doing with my team. It's been a bit temperamental when updating the link, sometimes saying error, sometimes just saying 'updating' forever without actually updating.

However, both me and a colleague have had an issue where clicking the link to view the shared doc, or refreshing the page, seems to mess with our PCs and we've both had our screens blank out. Both of us use three screens and all screens went completely white, but you could still move the mouse.

Both PCs on Windows 11.
