Colors are not color managed in CC libraries, they are just numbers

To keep color consistent between projects, the colors in a CC Library need to have a profile attached.

Now they are just numbers and give a different color impression in documents with different color profiles.

Suppose you are a company famous for soft drinks with a red brand colour. You want that color consistently represented on web, tv, print, film, packaging. The current CC library color will give a different result for all these representations of the brand color.

I mentioned this many years ago at UserVoice, but see it now listed as an Idea. 

This is not an Idea, it is a BUG.
