Could not open a file because a linked smart object file is missing.

PShop 27.8.0
Mac OS 15.7.7

I have tried to open 2 different psb files and have received the message: “Could not open "xxxxx.psb" because a linked smart object file is missing”.

I’m unable to relink the smart object (whatever it is referring to) as I can’t open the file.

PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY
