Creative Cloud Library not working

Is anyone else having issues in Photoshop with accessing files in their Creative Cloud libraries? I'm using Photoshop 25.9.0 right now on iOS Sonoma 14.5 with 64GB of RAM and when I search through "ALL LIBRARIES" for a file it shows "0 Results from All Libraries", but when I clear my search and search within a specific Library Group for the same file name it shows the file I was originally looking for. 

 

This has been going on for quite a while and it's really interrupted my workflow. Any suggestions on how to fix?

I've attached two screenshots showing my initial search (for example) file name Nashville Tour Stop in ALL LIBRARIES returning no results but then searching for file name Nashville Tour Stop in a library called "Graphics" returning three results.

Yes, I have issues syncing Libraries to Creative Cloud. I have spent much of my afternoon talking to Adobe support about this. The matter seems to be that antivirus software is interfering with Adobe Cloud. Another problem could be your host file, which you can find at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc. Use your Notepad app to see if there are any issues that can be traced back to the settings in this file. I got everything to work fine, albeit very slowly, after shutting down Norton 360 and Windows Defender. That left me with a severe vulnerability, but I synced the libraries, and then turned the protection back on. I am now looking into a way to do without Adobe Cloud. I will look into using Adobe Bridge to manage my assets in Photoshop.

Having the same exact problem.  Shut down and relaunched.  That only worked once.  I have some things I need to get done which I can't do with this issue.  Does Adobe monitor this?

This has been an issue for me for a year or so already. CC Library just never sync automatically. I thought my internet or PC is the problem, but I have changed to other internet providers and also with a new PC, the problem persist. There are other supposedly "fix" for this in other post, but just not working for me. 

Now I ignore the stupid CC Library completely, and just use OneDrive and Google Drive for storing my assets and it just works flawlessly.

I think it is a probelm with the Creative Cloud Libraries. Mine were sudenly unpublished and the Publish button is not working. I can not publish them again. I don´t know what to do.
