Creative Cloud Libreries has being unpublished

I'm also facing the same issue. I think this was the final push that I needed to talk to my company about switching to Figma. It's extremely difficult to work in XD now.

Same problem to me. I have an shared library with other people on the company. They can see, but I can't. It aperas if I search on creaative claoud and it sais that I have access, but inside de document is just not available.

Only in Abode XD all Libraries are missing,
You Cannot Create New library; nothing happens
Cannot Publish Library; nothing happens
when I select Browse, and it opens C,C it only shows one library available that is ticked on, but no libraries show up.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled CC and XD. Updated libraries used the libraries synchronizer cleaner tool. Nothing fixes it.
