failure of downloading files from the library synced files from adobe draw on ipad. There is no poss

Dear Adobe personnel, I am writing you in concern for your infamous adobe draw application. The program has been my ultimate go to, though for the past few days I have been experiencing some major malfunctions similar to those stated here in the forum. The PDFs I have been downloading from the app are completely doomed. Inoperable. I have received the same message as stated below “reason not found”. I am at my wits end and I would prefer to stay loyal to adobe illustrator draw. At this point I am considering a switch to vectonator as a last resort. Please send help soon! The adobe operators at the calling center are useless by the way. Kind regards.

I have been experiencing the same issue. When I send my adobe draw PDFs to the creative cloud they cannot be opened on my computer. I cannot open the PDFs with acrobat or illustrator. Also adobe draw has been damaging saved illustrations. The line work has been getting scrambled when I reopen the document. I was on the phone with adobe represtitives for over an hour yesterday and 4 people couldn’t figure out how to pull up my adobe subscription with my email. I would tell them my email and spell it out multiple times then they would repeat it back incorrectly and tell me that my account info is inaccurate. This has been such a frustrating experience. I have been an avid user of adobe draw and the program is no longer working properly. Please can you have someone address these issues?

Same issue here. The 76 byte file contains the same JSON every time:

So frustrating. Lots of 404 errors can be seen in Chrome's DevTools too with URLs corresponding to PDFs and PSDs in my sycned files.

Same - along with a friend of mine. I'm losing my mind, it's so frustrating. Attempting to download a PDF or PSD results in a useless 76 byte file
