Illustrator CC library keeps freezing on illustrator 29.5.1.

Illustrator CC library keeps freezing on illustrator 29.5.1. everything else works still, just the library panel freezes and you cant select anything. only work around is closeing the illustrator and re-opening up everything.

This is truly wasting a lot of my time. I am having to repeatedly close out the program and relaunch, only for it to happen again in the next hour. I recently reinstalled my entire OS and currently have no beta Adobe apps installed to be causing this problem, so the reply below isn’t applicable. Adobe please fix CC Libraries. They are borderline unusable at this point!

The ultimate solution posed here is ridiculous, and I have already done it once in the past. Deleting all traces of illustrator and its preferences off my machine, then running a cleaning app on the off chance it will solve the issue (which it didn’t in the previous case on a different laptop) is crazy. I’m not a software engineer, but couldn’t there at the very least be a simple library panel reset/reload built into the options or tab somewhere? It beats closing out of illustrator every time it happens.
