Illustrator v28.3 - Library Panel not showing some assets

Illustrator's Library Panel has a hiccup and not showing all assets in Library.

Attached is what I am seeing in Illustrator v28.3 (right of image) vs Photoshop v25.6 (left).  As you can see some assets like colors and elements are not showing up altogether.

I have tried fully logging out of CC and back in.

Restarting Illustrator in Library list view (not inside a library) worked to populate the swatches, but the sort button doesn't work so I'm not able to view swatches by group, only one big pile which is not usable. I group swatches by Pantone, RGB, CMYK, etc so mixed together isn't functional.

@georgecomninos  libraries are not working at all.
I made a Windows 11 clean install, and installed creative cloud and apps...
Libraries is not loading at all.
Any of the tips of adobe works, sometimes deleting Creative Cloud Libraries folder works for a little time, one hour or two, but suddenly stop works and doesnt sync again.
This is happen in my two PCs, my desktop and laptop.

I face the same annoying thing here but with Indesign: not all cc library itsems are visible, just few are. I can see them all in CC Desktop app. Relaunching does not solve this issue.

I'm seeing similar issues on 28.4.1. Sometimes some assets in a library are missing in the AI library panel and sometimes all of them are missing. A restart of illustrator fixes it, but I have to do this often to resolve.

Glad I could help, this is a known bug and we will fix it with our next release.

Hello,

Sorry you are running into issues with seeing all your Libraries assets. Can you try this and let us know if this workaround works for you:

- Click the left arrow at the top left of the Libraries view to go back into the view with the list of Libraries

- Quit Illustrator and re-launch it

- Check your library again and see if all the elements show this time

Let me know if that works.

Thanks!
