In Acrobat Pro, Save as PDF/X misaligns outlined text

The attached PDF file has some filled+outlined text. In Acrobat Pro, select “Use print production” and then “Save as PDF/X”. Choose “Convert to PDF/X-4 (Coated FOGRA39) and press OK. The resulting PDF now has incorrectly rendered text.

Expected: Filled letters are aligned with their outlines.
Actual: Filled letters and their outlines are offsetted.
