Invitees cannot join CC libraries. Says there are no synced files available.

Addendum: We are working remotely. One of our team is able to accept invitations and use the shared libraries. All others are shown in the owners list as pending - but there doesn't seem to be any way the invited team members can finish the process to gain access to the libraries.
