Issue with Adobe CC Libraries Syncing: Seeking Assistance

Hi everyone,

 

I wanted to bring up a new bug my team and I are experiencing with Adobe CC Libraries syncing. Previously, everything was working fine, but recently we've encountered a problem where the libraries have stopped appearing within the Adobe programs.

 

Interestingly, I can still see the libraries within my Creative Cloud app on the desktop and access them online, but they're just not appearing within the programs themselves.

 

We've tried troubleshooting by removing and reinviting team members, but unfortunately, that hasn't resolved the issue. Even the classic restart didn't help.

 

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem? If so, were you able to find a solution? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Update from me: IT said since the issue fixed itself they wont be looking into this issue any further unless it happens again. I wish I could share with you all how it fixed itself but no idea 😕😕

Sorry for anyone who was hoping this thread would hold an answer

Found another odd fix for it - Placing an item into the library then deleting it seems to get it to populate immediately.

I'm having the same problem. The libraries aren't syncing and they're just repeatedly trying to save over and over again... I'm up to now  Assetsdoc(5)... and it just keeps going up. Only I never actually see any of the ones saved on the cloud. I'm not sure what's happening but there seems to be a big problem with their cloud storage from what I can guess. Unfortunately for me, that's really crimping my style because I was using it as a master document and now it has unliked from all my other documents and I'm having to start all over. It has cost me a great deal of time and effort.

Update from me: The libraries have randomly started working again however IT is still looking into the matter to see if our company firewall is causing some problems, will keep this forum posted. Thanks!

If this is an option for any of you - I unplugged the office network cable and am now working off the office wireless signal. The libraries are now functioning. Definitly has to do with the network firewall blocking it somehow.

Having the same issue since last week. Am hoping there is a fix. Libraries appear on the Creative Cloud app but will not load or give an option to upload in any programs.

My team is also having the same issues. Last time this happened year ago it had something to do with the company's firewall blocking the Libraries.
