Libraries not responding photoshop

Ny libraries are constantly frozen and not working in photoshop. I have updated, restarted, quit constantly. They are working fine in Illustrator. Please fix.

I have had a similar issue on and off in Photoshop (I have not observed this issue in any of my other apps: Id, Ai). My libraries appear correctly but the asset's thumbnails won't load, just the Creative Cloud logo in grey.

 

Closing out the program is the only fix I have found so far (even after doing various "workarounds" posted in other threads and jumping through hoops). But that's really tedious when I'm actively in the middle of a project and have to save things "as-is" temporarily just to be able to use the assets in my library. Why isn't there an option (or button at the bottom of the libraries panel) to re-sync Creative Cloud Libraries? 🧐

Sorry to hear that. Can you please use the following link (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html) to collect logs and share with Adobe for further analysis
