Libraries palette pop-ups keep appearing

1. Version of the app 28.7.3
2. Platform and OS version macOS Sonoma 14.7.1 (23H222)
3. Basic steps to reproduce the problem Opening the Libraries pallette after Ai restarts, triggers back pop-ups, even though having clicked on them.
4. Expected result and actual result App remembering pop-ups were accepted and no appear again.

A fix will be much appreciated.
