Library Panel Non Responsive

From time to time the Library panel becomes unresponsive and I cannot click or select anything. Currently if I double click the library I want to open it opens the colour picker.

I can only get it working again by quitting Illustrator and reopening.

    My Library in Illustrator has gone haywire. It works fine in Photoshop and Indesign. I have closed and relaunched app, logged out and back into Creative Cloud and rebooted the computer. Nothing has helped. Cannot find anyone having the same issue.

    My library doesn't load at all

    have tried restarting illustrator but is still appearing this way

    Mine is frozen on "What's New" and I assume I'll have to close all projects and restart application. Previously, it won't load any libraries.

    All other appearance panels are working fine, but the library panel is smaller than the window and doesnt respond or scroll. Restarting illustrator fixes the issue until the next time you open the panel and the same issue occurs

    Often I can't click anything within the Libraries panel window. Plus the panel layout itself is messed up. Notice the black space (see attachment). Restarting the app fixes it only about 50% of the time. Very frustrating!! Especially with these DEADLINES! Please fix.

    Please fix. This happens in all apps. Especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
