Lightroom has space but CC is full

Lightroom says it has 100gb of space, and CC says it has 4gb of space. After uploading a bunch of photos to Lightroom, it says 12gb/100gb used, but CC says 12gb/4gb used (storage full)
So how are they connected? I dont see how i can have 100gb of space in lightroom and 4gb in CC
