Missing Libraries

I recently launched Adobe Illustrator and was immediately prompted with a "Missing Links" message. Upon investigating further, I noticed that most of my Libraries are missing or not showing up as expected.

I haven't made any recent changes to my system or Illustrator settings that would explain this issue. Everything was functioning properly the last time I used the app.

Could you please assist me in restoring my missing Libraries
