MY Liberary isn't showing up in photoshop

If not, can you please provide as much information as possible:

app and version

has it been updated?

what OS?

Does restarting the app or creative cloud desktop do anything?

Can you provide a screen capture?

Can you collect the logs on your system and provide them so engineers can take a closer look?
