Not able to close cookie-banner in CC libraries

We use Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries for our team, therefore I often view all shared libraries within the organisation.

When opening this part of Creative Cloud a cookie banner appears in the bottom, however it's locked in place and I can't press any buttons since they only show about 1px. This stays the same when I resize the window size or move to a different monitor.

After a few minutes the shared libraries close and an error message pop up "This site is not available" roughly translated.

Would like to have a more stable environment for our shared libraries since we depend on them working for all of our clients.
