Photo preview for share for review got worse (Gradient feathered images aren't showing up)

I use the gradient feather tool to fade my images to white in a lot of the pieces I make in InDesign and share for review. It used to show up fine in share for review (except being pixelated from being low res), however, now it shows up as a harsh crop straight across instead of a fade to white.
