Issue: Certain clips that were recorded landscape but interpreted/registered as vertical display correctly until scaled up. Once scaled, playback and export show distortion and flashing rainbow glitch bars.
Rotation is not the trigger: rotating the clip does not cause it by itself. Scaling does.
Scope: Happens in a brand-new test project and existing projects.
Audio: Audio playback/export is unaffected.
Confirmed workaround: Rolling back to 26.2.2 immediately resolves the issue with the same media and project.
