Problem overwriting, deleting or moving files

I have the same problem, I cannot delete files in the your work->files->mobile creations section. I tried downloading the app where the file was created (in this case adobe clip) and deleting the file from the there to no avail. The file would just keep re-syncing to the app. No changes made to the file from the app ever synced to the creative cloud. I just want to be able to delete the file.
