Recurring Issues with Library Import and Tutorial Pop-ups in Adobe Softwares

Every time I open InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, I have to re-import my library, which is frustrating. On top of that, the tutorials pop up every time I start the software, which is really annoying.
