Search Adobe Stock missing from Library panel

"Search adobe Stock" is missing form the Library floating panels in all Adobe programs on MacOS

Now it says "Search all libraries" but I can't search for Stock anymore!
I use this a LOT so I'd love to fix this ASAP

    Hi,

    Stock search is still there in CCLIbraries Panel. Just select any Library and you will be able to select Stock search from the dropdown.

    It's not working on Windows either. I tried all the suggested fixes and reinstalling the software and it still doesn't work.
