Share for review in Illustrator - Comments and file title not matching with current file

Suppose I have 3 projects for which I have created a Share for review link. The client provides feedback on the oldest project. I update the oldest project in Illustrator, but when I open the "Comments" or "Share for review" panel, it shows the comments, file name and link of the most recent project for which I created a share for review link. If I then click "Update content", it puts the design of the oldest project on the link of the most recent project. This gets everything mixed up.

A solution that once worked is to change the file name in the Share for review dialogue box to the matching file name, but when I want to do that, I always get the error "There was an error renaming the artifact".
