Share for review not working (InDesign)

The share for review feature doesn't work. My colleague can see the file in the "Shared with you" tab, but when they click it, it's a blank screen.

Disappointing.

    Additional info will be helpful:

    Does restarting Ai/machine help resolve the issue?
    Is the issue happening with a specific document only?
    Is this Win or Mac platform?

    Illustrator Share for Review feature not working.

    "Couldn't create link" error.

    This is a file that has already been shared & has a link. No option to update the previous link, can't create a new link.
