Sync between Macs is extremely (!) unreliable

The syncing between my two Macs (macos 10.13.6) is extremely unreliable. Although one computer's files are currently in the CC cloud, they are not synchronized/downloaded to the other computer. Starting/restarting both CreativeCloud and the Mac has no effect.

The help texts on the corresponding Adobe website (https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/kb/arent-my-files-syncing.html?mv=product&mv2=accc#) list shortcuts for resetting the local database, etc., but they do only work on Windows not work on the Mac.

Unfortunately, Creative Cloud is not a reliable solution with which you can work professionally.

I have te same problem.
In addition, the images for which I get the license using the library in illustrator, do not update in the palette and I have to download them from the browser. Working professionally this way it's impossible.
