Web image title not showing the image title, but "Content title" in every image

In the URL Contributors Post Submission - In Rejected Tab and Contributors Post Submission - In Review Tab the image thumbnail title should appear as the image title field. However, the image title is showing on all images as “Content title”. 

The div element is not updating with the title of the upload/in review image title as per user definition. 

Ex: image title is “Summer day”, but when the move is over the image the title appears as “Content title” and not “Summer day”. The title is not coming from the img element, but from a div element which as a static title.
