When trying to sign a document via Acrobat Sign an error message "You will be redirected in 3 seconds" appears
When a user tries to sign a document, an error message appears.
“You will be redirected in 3 seconds”
“Something went wrong. To proceed with completing this agreement, we will redirect you to our classic experience, which will clear any signatures and initials you entered in this agreement.”
This document has 2 fields Signature and text field.
We have tested a document that worked prior in Dec 2025 which had no issues and the same document now produces the same issue.
End user’s device is Windows 11 will all Windows and Firmware patches completed.
This is happening to more than one user across multiple documents.
