Indesign files keep becoming corrupt and force quitting and cannot recover the file.

“serious error was detected’ messaging. restarting indesign and pressing recover file does not work.

NO missing links, no missing fonts, i have run a 'cleanmymac' checking for virus's and everything is fine. I have the most up to date version of Indesign, always happens to the exact same file I work on each week. Please look into this as i am wasting so much time on files becoming damaged with no explanation. Want to be able to revert to older version but indesign files aren’t showing up on creative cloud, only illustrator files. help!
