Accidental License Purchases

Hi,

I am new to Adobe Stock and was browsing to add images to my library. Unfortunately, while searching, I mistakenly clicked on the icon to license picture #235618788 instead of viewing its details. Can this picture be unlicensed, considering I have not downloaded it? Thank you for your assistance!

Hello @NoahN, I've added a credit back to your account for the accidental license.

No, assets can't be "unlicensed", but @Contributor1 may eventually be able to refund you a credit. Please be patient, as it is Christmas for Adobe too.

If you are in a hurry, you should contact customer care for this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If in doubt, ask the forum.
