Accidentally licenced an image

Hello,

 

when browsing through images on Adobe stock i accidentally clicked on the licence button for an image i dont want. is there any way to undo this?

Hi @niallybin - can you please share file id of the image you accidentally licensed? Unfortuantely we cannot undo this action, but since this is your first time accidentally licensing the asset, we could give you a replacement license .

the id is: File #:  308510384 

It is very easy to licence an image accidentally. I just did it by clicking on the button on the small image in the search results as i was scrolling through a page. I dont think i had to confirm or anything.

That's correct. If you click on “licence”, you get the asset immediately licensed, if it is a one-credit asset (like a standard licence).

 

Anything more expensive is asking for a confirmation. With a little exercise, you should be able to scroll through the assets, without licensing. It happened to me only once in my lifetime.
