Account not recognized when purchasing

Successfully logged in, paid my bill, but when I try to purchase I get a page to sign up. Can't find any problems with the CC.

Hello @melissah10096047. I see a CC all apps + Adobe Stock plan linked to your team's profile. The plan has been removed/canceled a while ago. If you're experiencing an issue with your team's profile, please contact your administrator. I dont see any subscurptions associated with your personal profile.

Thank you. Your CC plan (you have a CC plan?), is that a Teams or Enterprise plan (meaning from a school or a company) or a personal plan?

 

Additional information: did you try to change the browser (i.e. Chrome to Firefox or vice versa?). If not, please do so. Sometimes it also helps to go to private browsing and/or to clear cache and cookies.
