Adobe color stock image appears grayscale, however it is RGB

Hello, I downloaded a RGB image template that should be in color, but I can't get it to "appear" as a color image. I already confirmed it is in RGB color mode and the RGB Channels (Ctrl + 2) are visible.  Can anything be done to obtain the color image? Thanks!

Thank you @Greg_S.! Until now, other image templates opened in Photoshop as expected, i.e. as shown on the Stock site, but this one opens as b/w and I don't see a colorized image in the layers.

BTW, I just noticed that the Stock template has 3 different images - one of them appears to be black and white.

@anthonyc18965732 I am moving your post to the Stock bugs forum.  Hopefully, someone there may be able to help you.  You can also post the problem in whichever program you are using that has the problem.

Tried and retried several times and either nothing happens or the page reloads, deleting the text for the post.

@anthonyc18965732, this is the Photoshop Elements forum.  The stock image you reference is not a free stock image available in Elements.  Are you sure you want this forum?  Perhaps, ask your question in the Stock Community forums.

Thanks for alerting me Greg. Unfortunately, it seems I can't post to that forum. The Post button doesn't seem to do anything, although below the Details field I see "Your content was last auto-saved at 11:46 AM". I must be missing a step...
