Adobe Stock 10 Asstes/Month are not renewing

Hello,

 

I haven't been ussing my 10 asstes/month and yet I have 0 assets available. Could somebody help with this? Thank you!

@gabyfink Your account looks correct here, and there is successful license record on 03/21/2024. 

If the license wasn't made by you, please contact customer support to get a ticket logged.

The credits get alllocated very precisely on the minute of the monthly term. Check also in https://account.adobe.com/plans that your plan is active.

 

@EvilBug1 may chime in and check what is going on, but feel free to contact Adobe customer support if you think that this could help.
