Adobe Stock #41171228

The above mentioned asset is supposed to be a multi colored dog image. The file itself contains a linked image file, thus there is only a background.

Is it possible to get the correct file? Or a refund for the credit?

Hello @charlenec88642925, I see the issue you're referencing with 411712228 and I've added a credit back to your account. I'll send these details to be reviewed internally. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the vector.

Unfortunately, You will need to search for a different asset. It is not possible to correct erroneous assets. Please check also the asset number, I do not find an asset under this number. And I doubt that it has been removed now.

Without the correct number, it will be difficult to take that asset down. And Adobe cannot check the validity of your claim.

Let's see what @Contributor1 has to say on this.
